JANUAR 2011:

CARGO CITY.
Nach dem Cargo City letztes Jahr vier Songs zum Erfolgsfilm "Vincent will meer" beisteuerten kommt nun am 15. April 2011 ihrem drittes Album "Dance/Sleep" raus. Mittlerweile zu einer festen Band zusammengewachsen, lässt sich über die enorme Entwicklung auch gerade dieser Einfluss deutlich hören. Es ist wesentlich rauher und reifer geworden. NOVEMBER 2010:

RALF HILDENBEUTEL "Wunderland". Neues Album.
Nach nun mehr zwei Jahren veröffentlicht Ralf Hildenbeutel wieder ein Soloalbum. Es knüpft durchaus an seinen Vorgänger "Lucy's Dream" an, ist jedoch wesentlich weiterführender und verspielter, viel tiefer wird z.B. in die Instrumentenkiste gegriffen, Piano und Streicher kommen genauso zum Einsatz wie Ukulelen, Toypiano oder Akkordeon.

Veröffentlichung ist der 19. November 2010.

HEGEMUND.
Die Collaboration der zwei Freunde Gottfried Tollmann und Ralf Hildenbeutel, welche über die letzten Jahre in Paris und Frankfurt allerlei Musik schufen und diese nun auf ihrem Album "Nuit Blanche" veröffentlichen.

FEBRUAR 2010:

CARGO CITY:
Während manch einer denken mochte, es war ruhig geworden um CARGO CITY in der letzten Zeit, so war die Band jedoch keineswegs untätig.

Für den Kinofllm "Vincent will Meer" mit Karoline Herfurth und Heino Ferch in den Hauptrollen (Kinostart 22. April '10, Constantin Film) steuerte CARGO CITY insgesamt vier Songs bei, welche auch allesamt auf dem dazu erscheinenden Soundtrack enthalten werden sein.

Mit im Gepäck zur Spring Tour im März/April 2010 wird CARGO CITY
die neue Single "ALL THAT YOU NEED" haben, welche am 16. April '10 veröffentlicht wird. Ein powergeladener Uptempo Song, der durchaus als kleiner Vorgeschmak auf das nächste Album, an welchem nach der Tour gearbeitet wird, gesehen werden darf.

SEPTEMBER 2008:

CARGO CITY ALS FINALIST BEIM "RADIO AWARD 2008"

Die Radiosender Fritz. Sputnik & YouFM verleihen dieses Jahr den
RADIO AWARD FÜR NEUE MUSIK.
Von den 10 Nominierten Acts werden nun vier Bands per Fanvoting ausgewählt, welche am 8. Oktober 2008 im Rahmen der Popcom in Berlin spielen. Die Jury, u.A. bestehend aus Stefanie Kloß von "Silbermond" und Patrik Majer (Produzent "Wir sind Helden"), wird dann vor Ort den Gewinner ermitteln und den Radio Award verleihen.

JANUARY 2011:

CARGO CITY.
Last year they contributed four songs to the great movie-hit "Vincent will meer". This year they eventually will release their third album on the 15th of April. Cargo City has grown to a band over the last years and therefore the influence is clearly listenable. The album will be more mature and rougher, end of April till May 2011 the five musicians will be on tour.

RALF HILDENBEUTEL "Wunderland". New album.
After two years Ralf Hildenbeutel releases a new solo album.
"Wunderland" follows up the preview purely with strings and piano recorded album "Lucy's Dream", however it is much more continuating and playful. You hear accordeons, piano, glockenspiel and strings, toypiano and ukuleles, partly peppered with spoken vocal pieces like sequences from movies. 

Release: 19th of Nov., 2010.

 "Nuit blanche" - The collaboration of the friends Gottfried Tollmann and Ralf Hildenbeutel, Over the last years they've collected music, bits and pieces in Paris and Frankfurt and and composed an "kaleidoscopic world of sound and on each corner you find something new. " (reflection-of-darkness).

FEBRUARY 2010:

CARGO CITY contributed four songs to the movie "Vincent will Meer" with Heino Ferch and Karoline Herfurth (in cinemas on 22nd April, 2010. Constantin Film) , all of them will be released on the soundtrack to the movie (Sony).

On his tour in March/April '10 they will also present their new single
"ALL THAT YOU NEED", which will be released in April 2010.


MAY 2009:

CARGO CITY's new album "on.off.on.off." will be released on the 29th of May. The single "Lately..." is having great response and airplay at the radiostations.


SEPTEMBER 2008:

CARGO CITY NOMINATED FOR THE "RADIO AWARD"

Cargo City is in the Top 10 for the "Radio Award for New Musiic",
choosen by the radio-stations Fritz, Sputnik & YouFM. By direct votes of the fans there will be four bands left, these bands will play in Berlin on the 8th of October 2008 on the "Popcom", the biggest international music fare, where a jury will choose the winner .
